No — all roles are hourly contractor positions with fully flexible hours. You work as much or as little as you want. There is no minimum commitment.
Payment depends on which platform you're hired through:

SME Careers (SuperAnnotate) roles — paid weekly via Deel, which supports 160+ countries.

Mercor roles — paid via Stripe, available in 46 countries primarily in Europe, North America, and select regions in Asia.

⚠️ Check your country before applying. Both platforms have geographic restrictions. Not available in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and other sanctioned countries.
After applying you'll complete a short AI-powered interview (30–45 min, fully async) on a laptop or desktop computer and a skills assessment specific to your role. The whole process may take up to 2 months depending on volume.
You may be able to retry after a waiting period depending on the role and platform. In many cases you can also apply to a different open role if you have relevant expertise in another area.
